Dissol ["Shees dead: and all which die"]

The Dissolution̅.|

Shees dead: and all which die
To their first elements resolue
And wee were mvtuall Elements to vs
And made of one another.
My Boddy then doth hers involue
And those things whereof I consist, hereby
In mee abundant grow, and burdenous
And nowrish not, but smother
My fire of passion, sighs of ayre
Water of teares, and earthly sad despaire.
(Which my Materialls bee
But neere worne out, by loues securitie
Shee to my losse doth by her death repaire
And I might liue long wretched soe
But that my fire doth with in my fuell grow.
Now as those actiue kyngs,
Whose forreine conquest treasure bringes,
Receaue more, and spend more, and soonest breake
This (which I am amazd that I can speake)
This death hath with my store
My vse encreased
And soe my Soule more earnestly releassed
Will out strip hers, as bulletts flowne before,
A latter bullet may ore take, the powder being more.|

The Extasie.|
Where like a pillowe on a bed
A pregnant banck sweld vp to rest
The Violetts reclyninge head
Sat wee two, one anothers best. [CW: Our.]
