ElPerf ["Once and but once fownd in thy companie"]

Soe am I (by this traiterous meanes surprizd)
By the Hydroptique father Catechized
Though hee hath oft sworne that hee will remoue
Thy beawties beautie, and foode of our loue,
Hope of his good if I with thee were seene,
Yet close, and secrette, as our Soules we haue beene
Though thy immortall Mother which doth lye
Still buried in her bedd yet will not die
Takes this advantage too sleep out daie light
And watch thy entries and retournes all night:
And when shee takes thy hand, and would seeme kynde
Doth search which Ringes, and Armelotts shee cann finde,
And kissinge notes the cullour of thy face,
And fearinge lest thou art swolne, doth thee imbrace
To trie if thou longe, doth name strange meates
And notes thy paleness, blushings, sighs, and sweates.
And politiquely will to thee confesse
The sins of her owne youths rancke lustinesse
Yet loue thes sorceries did remoue, and moue
Thee to gull thine owne mother for my loue
Thy littell Brethren which like faire Sprights
Oft skipt into our chamber those sweet nights
And kist, and Iugled on thy fathers knee
Were bribd next daye to tell what they did see
The grim eight foote- high Iron= bound seruinge man
That oft names God in oathes, and only than
Hee that too barr the first gate doth as wide
As the greate Rhodian Colossus stride
Which if in hell no other paines ther were
Makes mee feare hell because hee mvst bee there. [CW: Though]
